Century Casino is one of two Central City, Colorado casinos with table games. It has a large slot floor, video poker bar, separate video poker room, a hotel and two restaurants. It is open 24 hours a day. There are about 500 slot and video poker machines and seven table games.  Century Casino has a sister property in Cripple Creek

The Century Casino in Central City offers a variety of slots, video poker, video keno, electronic table games and live blackjack. The slots range from older titles, reels and modern slots. 

Most video poker machines are located towards the exit on the second level. The selection includes a variety of denominations of single line, three, five and ten play, Ultimate X, Spin Poker and Chase the Royal. The denominations for multi-hand games are nickel, dime and quarter. The single line video poker games are quarter, half-dollar and dollar. Some of the games offer progressives.

There is a selection of quality video poker games at Century Casino. The best is 8/5 Bonus Poker. It is dealt in half-dollar and dollar denominations. The dollar has a progressive. This game is available in the video poker room and at the bar. These same machines have a Deuces Wild game with a similar return. There is a $1 progressive 9/6 Double Double Bonus bank in the video poker room.

Blackjack is open daily. It has $5 to $500 betting limits. The game uses six decks. Players may double down before and after splitting. The dealer stands on all 17’s. It is the only table game dealt at Century Casino.

There are two dining options and a bar at Century Casino Central City. The Celebrations bar is open 24 hours. Serving cocktails, beer and wine with video poker available.

For guests 21 years of age and older, Retro Deli and Tavern serves quick bites. Menu items include sandwiches, pizza, noodle bowls, burgers, wings, snacks, and ice cream. 

Located on the lower level away from the gaming floor, Mid City Grill allows minors to dine. Breakfast here features pancakes, French toast, omelets, and a breakfast sandwich. The main menu includes hot sandwiches, burgers, prime rib, coconut shrimp, spaghetti with meat sauce, and tacos.

All 26 non-smoking rooms at Century Casino Central City include TV, wireless internet, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, alarm clock, and in-room safe. Three room types are offered: King, Double Queen and Suite. A king room accommodates two guests while the double queen room and suites accommodate four guests. The double queen room is also available as an ADA accessible room. Four unique suites are available each including extra space with lounge areas. Suite options include either a jetted tub or a fireplace which need to be requested upon reservation.
