Century Casino is one of two Central City, Colorado casinos with table games. It has a large slot floor, video poker bar, separate video poker room, a hotel and two restaurants. The Century Casino in Central City offers a variety of slots, video poker, video keno, electronic table games and live table games. The slots range from older titles, reels and modern slots. 

Most video poker machines are located towards the exit on the second level. The selection includes a variety of denominations of single line, three, five and ten play, Ultimate X, Spin Poker and Chase the Royal. The denominations for multi-hand games are nickel, dime and quarter. The single line video poker games are quarter, half-dollar and dollar. Some of the games offer progressives.

There is a selection of quality video poker games at Century Casino. The best is 8/5 Bonus Poker. It is dealt in half-dollar and dollar denominations. The dollar has a progressive. This game is available in the video poker room and at the bar. These same machines have a Deuces Wild game with a similar return. There is a $1 progressive 9/6 Double Double Bonus bank in the video poker room. 

Table games

There are seven table games at Century Casino. All have a maximum bet of $100. 

There are four blackjack tables. The minimum bet is $3. The dealer stands on all 17’s. Players may double down before and after splitting. Aces may not be re-split.

Double zero roulette, Three Card Poker and craps have a $5 minimum bet. Craps odds are ten times. The field pays double on 12. There is also $2 double zero video roulette.

Hotel

All 26 non-smoking rooms at Century Casino Central City include TV, wireless internet, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, alarm clock, and in-room safe. Three room types are offered: King, Double Queen and Suite. A king room accommodates two guests while the double queen room and suites accommodate four guests. The double queen room is also available as an ADA accessible room. Four unique suites are available each including extra space with lounge areas. Suite options include either a jetted tub or a fireplace which need to be requested upon reservation.

Dining & Drinks

  • The bar is open 24 hours. Serving cocktails, beer and wine with video poker available.
  • Mid City Grill opens for breakfast at 9am daily. Lunch and dinner service continues until 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday. Located on the lower level away from the gaming floor, Mid City Grill allows children to dine. Breakfast features pancakes, French toast, omelets and a breakfast sandwich. Lunch and dinner menu includes hot sandwiches, burgers, prime rib, coconut shrimp, spaghetti with meat sauce and tacos. 
  • Retro Deli and Tavern is open daily 10:30am until 1:30am Sunday through Thursday. The deli is open until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. Menu items include sandwiches, pizza, noodle bowls, burgers, wings, snacks and ice cream.
