Colorado Casino and Mobile Sportsbooks

Colorado sports betting became legal on May 1, 2020. This occurred while tribal casinos and those located in Black Hawk, Central City and Cripple Creek were closed due to the pandemic.

Mobile sports betting went live at that time in Colorado. There were few sports to bet on at the time. Casinos started to reopen in June. Casinos began debuting retail sportsbooks. Some consist solely of a betting window or kiosks. Others constructed sports betting lounges. More are under development.

The normal $100 Colorado bet limit does not apply to sports betting. Limits are determined by the operator.
